PURPOSE:To prepare an expanded laminate in which non-expanded resin is held at one stroke of extrusion by supplying synthetic resin containing expanding agent and non-expansible resin from several extruders and cooling the expansible resin suitably at the end of a large mouth piece. CONSTITUTION:Synthetic resin (a) containing expanding agent is supplied from the extruder 1 into the large mouth piece 5 and resin (b) containing no expanding agent is supplied from the extruder 3 into the small mouth piece 6. Non-expansible resin (b) is extruded from the flat hole 61 of the small mouth piece 6 into the expansible resin (a) in the large mouth piece 5. Cooling medium is circulated in the fluid passage 10 around the flat hole 51 of the large mouth piece 5, the resin passage at the end of the large mouth piece 5 is cooled and the non-expansible resin (b) is located orderly at a fixed position in the expansible resin (a) to obtain laminated material.
