PURPOSE:To enable both a runner main part and a sprue part to be reused by cutting finely a guided runner main part and a sprue part by the second cutting mechanism, after they have been cut off by the first cutting mechanism. CONSTITUTION:When the sprue part (b) of a runner A is caused to be in contact with the cutting edge 26 of a lower cutter 21, a plunger 66 is energized, and a pusher 66 is projected from a guide base 10, whereby the runner A is put between the pusher 67 and the lower cutter 21. When a piston rod 31 is retracted, an upper cutter 22 is rotated and the sprue part (b) is cut. The runner A is intermittently sent out by a feed roller 40 and simultaneously is cut into fine chips by a cutter 41, and then the chips drop into a hopper 69 through a hole 68. The sprue parts (b) having been cut drop into a sprue receiver 12. The sprue parts are cut by a cutter 41, while sending them intermittently by the feed roller 40 at the second cutting mechanism 3.
