Abstract:
A quick safety disconnection device (5) is combined with two control valves (3, 4) of respective connector elements (1, 2) in such a manner that disconnection thereof is dependent upon prior closing of both of the valves (3, 4). The valves (3, 4) have spherical bodies (12, 32) traversed by truncated cone passages (13, 33) which connect smaller front portions (7, 27) to rear passages (14, 34) having progresively increasing diameter. Said rear passages (14, 34) are separable from the rest of the connector element (1, 2) to permit insertion and assembly of the ball (12, 32) from the rear part of the connector element (1, 2).
