Abstract:
PURPOSE:To increase the heat exchanging efficiency of a regenerator without performing a phase change between a liquid phase and a solid phase as seen in conventional regenerative substance, by mixing a substance, which absorbs and discharges the transformation heat accompanied with a phase transformation from a solid phase, with a fluid which does not dissolve with said substance, and by using a mixture as a fluidizing regenerative substance. CONSTITUTION:The numerical 1 represents crystals of regenerative material consisting of such as pentaerythritol, the numerical 2 represents a fluid which does not dissolve with the above-mentioned crystals 1 of regenerative material, the numerical 3 represents a regenerative fluid container, and the numerical 4 represents a stirrer. One or a plurality of heat transfer tube(s) 5 is/are provided in said regenerative fluid container 3, where a heating medium 6 flowing through said heat transfer tube(s) 5 exchange(s) heat with the regenerative substance. The pentaerythritol [C(CH2OH)4] being used for the material of resin, toiletry, explosive, and others, is enough to be used for a regenerative material, since its transformation heat becomes nearly 280kJ/kg at 188 deg.C.
