Abstract:
PURPOSE:To protect a furnace body and to certainly fractionate and discharge mutually different components in molten slag, by holding a slag discharge port formed into a specific structure under a certain temp. condition. CONSTITUTION:In a directly electrification type melting treatment furnace, the dust generated in a waste material incinerator enters a furnace main body from a throw-in port 2 and heated by combustion gas from a combustion gas jet nozzle 4 for initial melting and brought to a molten state to form molten slag 9. In this case, a temp. gradient is provided to the upper stage molten slag discharge port 6 of the furnace main body 1 toward the slag discharge direction from the furnace interior. By this method, components having different compositions can be certainly fractionated and discharged and the succeeding regeneration is facilitated.
