Abstract:
PURPOSE:To permit the efficient transportation for workpieces by memorizing the workpiece and the working station where anomaly in working is generated and suspending the working for said workpiece even if said workpiece is transported into the working station in the succeeding process. CONSTITUTION:When a workpiece is mounted onto a pallet P in loading and unloading stations 16 and 17, said workpiece is transported into any of machine tools MT1-MTn through a transportation controlling apparatus 27 according to the instruction of a central controlling unit 25, and working is performed. When anomaly in working is generated, and detectors 21a-21n detect said anomaly, the central controlling unit 25 recognizes, through interruption, the machine tool in which anomaly is detected, and discriminates the workpiece as defect workpiece, and when the defect workpiece is transported into the succeeding machine tool, the machine tool is ready for transporting said workpiece onto a carrying car 11, without performing working. Therefore, the need of changing the flow of workpiece or suspending working is avoided, and the efficient transportation is permitted.
