Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce a scale of a correcting table, and also to correct exactly a position by storing in advance a data for correcting an input position detecting error of plural representative points, in a table, and multiplying an input value and an output value of its table. CONSTITUTION:Each coordinate position signal (x), (y) from an input position detecting device 1 is inputted to (x), (y) coordinate correcting tables 10x, 10y, respectively, through amplifiers 2x, 2y, sample and hold circuits 3x, 3y and A/D converting circuits 4x, 4y, and a data for correcting an input position detecting error in plural representative points of the device 1 is stored in the tables 10x, 10y. In this state, an (x), (y) coordinate position signal whichis converted to a digital value, and an (x), (y) coordinate correcting value obtained by inputting said signal to the tables 10x, 10y are multiplied by multiplying circuits 11x, 11y, respectively, and an (x), (y) coordinate position correcting signal of a digital value is outputted.
