Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I (R is H, alkoxycarbonyl, alkyl or alkenyl; R1 is H, halogen, OH, SH or alkoxy; R2 is H, halogen or alkyl; R3 is H, halogen or alkoxy; R4 is H, halogen, OH or CN; R5 is H, halo gen, OH or alkoxy; R6 is H, alkyl, alkenyl or aralkyl; R7 is H, alkyl or phenyl; X is alkylene; m is 1-3; n is 1 or 2) or an acid addition salt thereof. EXAMPLE:4-Amino-5-chloro-2-ethoxy-N-[[ 4-( 4-fluorobenzyl )-2-morpholinyl ]methyl ]benzamide. USE:An antiemetic drug and a promoter for functions of digestive tubes. PREPARATION:For example, a compound shown by formula II is reacted with a compound shown by formula III to give a corresponding compound shown by formula I.
