Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the operating frequency without adding excess elements by adopting the arrangement of a transistor (TR) element and a load resistor so as to prevent the occurrence of ringing. CONSTITUTION:Current storage TRs Q1-Q4 of emitter follower connection and load resistors R1-R4 are arranged in a line, and feedback TRs Q5-Q8 constituted to bases of the TRs Q1-Q4 and constituting a positive feedback circuit by resistors R5-R8 and switching TRs Q9-Q12 sending a binary input are arranged adjacently in a line in parallel with the arrangement of the TRs Q1-Q4 and the resistors R1-R4 at an interval of connection wiring so that wiring terminals of collectors and bases of the TRs Q5-Q12 and emitters of the TRs Q1-Q4 are opposed to each other. Further, the resistors R3, R4 of the 2nd FF are arranged near the succeeding circuit receiving the frequency division output.
