Abstract:
PURPOSE:To ensure the input of handwritten information with a recognizer used to a video tane recorder, etc., by arraying recognizable blocks to a sheet body when this sheet body is traced. CONSTITUTION:When an information source 30 is traced by a pen-shaped optical input information detector 27, the pulse trains of different waveform are obtained from a light reflection pattern printed on the sheet. These pulse trains are sent to an information recognizing part 40 and fetched to a memory 43 as a digital data. The signals showing A-G fed into the memory 43 are compared with the signals in a memory 44 to discriminate each input numeric character.
