PURPOSE:To automatically synchronize the sound of a picture with a superim posed dialogue projecting timing by opening and closing a shutter based on a signal reproduced of a signal synchronized with sound of a sound track recorded in advance and serially projecting a film on which the superimposed dialogue is recorded. CONSTITUTION:A signal which is synchronized with the sound of the sound track of a moving picture projector 1 in advance is inputted in a cassette tape, which is reproduced by a synchronizing signal reproducing deck 11 when a move is put on the screen, and a synchronizing signal is generated. It is received by a signal fetching device 15 and is converted into an on-off signal for opening and closing a shutter and a film feeding signal. Based on the on-off signal for opening and closing the shutter and the film feeding signal, a roll film slide projector 16 opens and closes the shutter, serially feeds the film on which the superimposed dialogue is recorded at a high speed and projects the superim posed dialogue corresponding to the sound of the picture put on a screen on the screen. Thus the superimposed dialogue projecting timing is automatically synchronized with the sound of the picture on the screen.
