Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent bad influence due to heat by a method wherein an apparatus composed of cylindrical support devices ends of which are welded and heat shield devices which are sandwiched by keep plates and spacers and include the support devices in them are installed at the inner wall of a container reversed to a discontinuous part in a structure. CONSTITUTION:On the inner face of the part where a discontinuous part 18 in a structure and an outer shell 1 are jointed small diameter cylindrical support devices 22 are attached by complete penetration weld at several points in circumferential direction and cylindrical spacers 21 are so installed as to include the devices 22. The spacers 21 are used to hold a constant distance gap between the part 18 and heat shield devices 17 and brought in condition to be inscribed in the inner face of the shell 1 with metal touch. At joint parts constant gaps are formed and recessing and projecting structures are piled up for preventing the inflow of fluid. When the device 17 is set up, the device 17 and the spacer 21 are set up simultaneously and in an inner circumference of the device 22 a female thread is formed and by the use of a fixing jig 23 with a male thread the device 17 and the spacer 21 are temporally fixed to carry out fine adjustment and each is exactly set and then the weld of a keep plate 20 is conducted.
