Abstract:
PURPOSE:To form a transparent conductive film of an extremely long pot life, a good reproductive property, and an excellent superconductivity by mixing a specific tin alkoxide including chlorine and a specific antimony alkoxide including chlorine at a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:A tin alkoxide including chlorine shown as formula I (where R is alkoxialkyl radical with carbon number 1 to 10, n=2 or 4, 1.0<=x<=1.8 when n=2, and 2.5<=x<=3.5 when n=4), an antimony alkoxide including chlorine shown as formula II (where R is an alkyl radical or alkoxialkyl radical with carbon number 1 to 10, n=3 or 5, 1.5<=x<=2.8 when n=3, and 2.0<=x<=4.8 when n=5) are mixed at the ratio 20/50<=Sb/Sn<=1/99 of mol ratio. In such a composi tion, a transparent conductive film of an excellent performance can be formed.
