Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve monitoring effect, by providing a robot with an input keyboard, a remote target detection means and the like, alarming an abnormal state on the basis of a signal transmitted from the robot's antenna by a monitor, and communicating to the outside with an automatic telephone control means. CONSTITUTION: This mobile monitor is constituted basically of a remote control A, a robot R, a monitor M which, receiving a transmission signal from the antenna 4, alarms that an abnormal condition has occurred, and an automatic telephone transmission means AD which, receiving a transmission signal from the same antenna 4, transmits by an automaic telephone to a user who is out or a central monitor system in a control room or the like that an abnormal state has occurred. Also, a remote control R is made to function by a remote control means. Further, a robot R is constituted such that a main body 8 is provided with a keyboard 31 for receiving a user's command and a remote target detection means 60 and the like and that a normal or reverse motor and a steering motor are driven and controlled according to a detection signal of the remote target detection means 60.
