Abstract:
In the state of the art, windings are fixed by impregnation with radically polymerizable compositions, followed by thermal curing. The process and device disclosed involve the curing by energy-rich radiation of the exposed surface of the impregnated windings between their impregnation and the thermal curing of the radically polymerizable composition. The emissions occuring during thermal fixation are thus strongly reduced, so that the operation is particularly harmless to environment.
