Abstract:

A support plate combined with a front binding element of a ski is provided for supporting the forward portion of a ski boot. The support plate comprises a base plate (6) rigidly fastened to the base of the binding element, and a support (7) which is separate from said base plate (6). An antifriction insert (5) is permanently fixed to the support (7), and the support is releasably fixed to the base plate (6) by mutually engaging devices and locking/unlocking devices.
