Date Nov. 12, 1992.The present device comprises a pin (8) affixed to the end of the strip (1) carrying the slider (4) and a plate (14) affixed to the end of the strip (2) carrying the leader (11). After engagement of the head (9) of the pin (8) inside the hole (17), the pin (8) is guided in the channel (18) while pulling the end of the strip (1) so as to position the leader (11) in front of the opening of the slider (4). This device can be operated with one hand.
