PURPOSE:To remarkably enhance the dispersive power by incorporating 20-500 pts.wt. of one kind among the four specified nitrogen-contg. surfactants into 100pts.wt. of at least one kind between the two kinds of specified phosphoric ester-type surfactants to obtain the titled composition. CONSTITUTION:A hundred pts.wt. of at least one kind between the compds. shown by formula I (R1 is a 8-22C alkyl, etc., and R2 shows OH, etc.) and formula II (R3 is a 8-22C alkyl, etc., and R4 shows OH, etc.) is prepared. Then 20-500pts.wt. of at least one kind among compds. shown by formula III (R5 is ethylene, etc., and R6 shows H, etc.), formulas IV and V [R7 is a 7-21C alkyl, etc., and R8 stands for formula VI (X is 0 or 1-3 integer and R9 is R7CON, etc.)] and formula VII [R10 shows (R5O)n (n is 1-50 integer), etc.] is incorporated into the above-mentioned compd. to prepared the emulsion dispersing agent composition.
