Abstract:
PURPOSE:To decrease the number of times of starting a common control section and to make the number of times of starting independent of message content by revising dynamically the information to start the common control section to a line control section in response to the phase of composition/decomposition processing of a message from the common control section. CONSTITUTION:When a transmission control character is a transparent message of the JIS 8-code, the common control section 14 receiving a start request of 'STX reception' from the line control section 11 revises a bit pattern to be compared with the received character into a DLE pattern only and issues a command continuing the reception as an object of the CRC operation from the next character to the line control section 11. Thus, the command is given to a reception character comparison section 119, an error detection processing section 117 and a reception data gate section in the control section 11. Then the reception data of a memory section 112 is inputted to an S/D conversion section 115 via the gate section 113, the data from the line terminator 2 is inputted to the conversion section 115, which converts it into X'00', the processing section 117 applies the CRC operation, the comparison section 119 transfers the received data to the I/F section 11B as it is and the data X'00' is transferred to the I/F memory section 12.
