Abstract:
PURPOSE:To bring any drop in physical properties after pelletization to nothing as well as to get rid of moisture residue in a pellet, by detecting an ambient temperature at a proper step during a while ranging from pushing pressure to time immediately after pelletization, while refining a coolant, spraying it a cooling subject in an interval from a material feed system to a processing system, and making even a low-melting point material piece pelletizable. CONSTITUTION:In this device, there are provided with a temperature sensor 9 detecting temperature in an interval ranging from pushing pressure to time immediately after pelletization at a specific spot, a coolant spraying device 14 refining a coolant when detecting a temperature rise and spraying it to a cooling subject in an interval ranging from a material feed system to a processing system, and a pellet collecting vessel 8 for pelletized ones. And, since each plastic material piece 5 is pushed out while checking a rise in pelletizing temperature, even a low-melting point material piece 5 will not come to melting, thus it is pelletizable without fail. And that, since it will not receive excessive thermal effect, any drop in physical properties is not incurred, and a fully atomized coolant is sprayed so that there is no residue of moisture in a pellet 7 after being formed, thus a good quality product is securable at all times.
