Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate the noise by using a signal through a signal transmission means so as to eliminate a reset pulse component included in the said signal. CONSTITUTION:A CCD output signal (a) is sent through a transmission cable 22, and then is inputted to a differential amplifier 23, the amplified CCD signal (b) is shaped into a waveform whose upper side is clipped by a prestage clip circuit 24 and the clipped signal (c) is given to a delay difference noise elimination circuit 25, which separates the signal into the reset noise component and the signal component at the high/low parts of the waveform. The clip circuit 27 clips the signal (d) of the waveform where the signal component by OV and the reset noise component are separated into high and low parts and outputs a signal (g) including the signal component whose low reset noise component is eliminated, and the part corresponding to the reset pulse in the signal (g) is clipped to a prescribed potential ec' of the clip power supply 33 to form a signal (h). The signal (h) is given to a low pass filter 35 to reject the reset pulse. Thus, the signal processing circuit with low noise is obtained.
