Abstract:
An economically-priced antilock system for vehicles allows the braking pressure to be reduced at the rear wheels (HR and HL) with respect to the front wheels (VR) as required in normal braking operation when driving in a straight line in order to ensure the stability of the vehicle, and to stop such braking pressure reduction in antilock operation. For that purpose, a pre-stressed return valve (10 or 11) is directly mounted into a magnetic valve (8 or 9) of an antilock system in addition. In addition, the antilock system (100) is thus simplified. This antilock system can be developed to operate as a drive slip control.
