Abstract:
PURPOSE:To manage logical matching between description information of a text and description information in a diagram by providing a function checking whether a character key word in the diagram is quoted in the text corresponding to the diagram or not. CONSTITUTION:When text data 1 and diagram data 2 are given, a logical matching means 3 collects character key words in diagram data 2, matches them with the character string in text data 1. Then, the key word which is not matched with text data 1 out of the collected key words is outputted to a document generation screen, etc. A person who prepares the sentence corrects the diagram or the text by the key word outputted to the document generation screen, etc., and can prepare the document with the satisfactory matching of the description information in the diagram and the explanation text. Thus, whether the character key word to be especially described in the diagram is explained without omission or not can easily be recognized.
