Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable a back-flow in a water passage to be prevented, accommodate for a bath tub on the second floor and provide a simple and small-sized structure by a method wherein a check valve is disposed at a downstream side of a connection point between a hot water feeding passage and a water drain passage, and a water accumulation passage and the water drain passage are provided with each of opening or closing valves for performing opening or closing operation opposite to that of a solenoid valve. CONSTITUTION:When hot water is fed into a bath tub 5, a solenoid valve 9 is opened. Then, a water flow is generated in a hot water feeding passage 2 and at the same time an air charging valve 121 and a water drain valve 161 close their valve ports. Hot water is not fed into a hopper 13. Hot water supplied from a hot water feeding device 1 passes through a hot water passage 2 and is fed into a bath tub 5 from a bath circulation circuit 4 through a three-way valve 8. When the hot water feeding passage 2 shows a negative pressure, the water flow is stopped, this stopped state is sensed by a water flow sensor 10 and the solenoid valve 9 is closed. In concurrent with this operation, the air charging valve 12 and a water drain valve 16 are opened. In the event that a check valve 17 operates normally, a back-flow of the hot water is prevented. Due to a certain cause, if the back-flow can not be prevented, the hot water passes through the air charging valve 12 and the water drain valve 16 and is discharged out of a device through an over-flow port 14 of a hopper 13. No back-flow is found toward the hot water feeder 1.
