To provide a compact heat exchanger that has a high efficiency, the heat exchanger is formed by a base body, one surface of which is provided with at least one groove that extends from the inlet to the outlet and that is sealed by a cover, in the form of a flow channel, for the heat-absorbing heat transfer medium. The other surface of the base body has a plurality of channels and/or pores for the heat-emitting medium.
