Abstract:
A fuel injection-nozzle for internal combustion engines has a nozzle body (11) tightly secured in a nozzle-holder (14) by an intermediate washer (12). A valve needle (15) is pressed by the force of a closure spring (27) against a valve seat (16) in the nozzle body (11). The closure spring is designed as a helical compression spring mounted in a blind hole (28) in the nozzle-holder. An arrangement (30) for transmitting pressure between the closure spring and the valve needle (15) consists of a flat cylindrical spring plate (32) with flat parallel faces (36, 37) and of a cylindrical pressure pin (32) slidingly guided in a through hole (35) of the intermediate washer (12).
