Method for fixing an assembly component onto a fixing element, which is attached to a structure by means of arc welding, is characterised by the fact that the assembly component (21) is placed on the fixing element (20) in the form of a springy, elastic sleeve, and is locked in position by force and by the geometry of the interacting surfaces.
