Date Sep. 8, 1995A device for guiding freshly coated sheets utilizes upper and lower air supply chambers which are both connected to a blower through supply conduits and a return conduit. An arrangement of throttle valves is used to connect one of the air supply conduits to either the discharge or the return side of the blower. This allows the device to operate in two modes, a support mode and a suction mode.
