Abstract:
Delicacy is prepd. in a number of stages, characters or signs are printed in an edible ink on a sheet of plastic material, a cavity is formed in the plastic material carrying the characters: a quantity of liq. chocolate is deposited in the cavity to form a layer: layers of pref. different chocolate-based materias are superimposed, the chocolate is cooled and the cavity closed by a sealing plastic sheet. A series of chocolate delicacies is thus obtd. arranged on a sheet of plastic material, such as polyethylene, of a type suitable for use with foods. A stick or holder may be inserted during the deposition of the chocolate. One of the layers of chocolate may be replaced by a piece of biscuit or cracknel to combine with the chocolate.
