1324954 Glucuronic acid derivatives CHUGAI SEIYAKU KK 12 May 1971 [14 May 1970] 14567/71 Heading C2C Novel compounds I (in which R 1 = C 1-5 alkyl and R 2 = phenyl optionally substituted by one or more of C 1-5 alkyl, C 1-5 alkoxy, NO 2 or halogen) are prepared by reacting a compound II with a compound H 2 NNHR 2 . Compounds II are prepared by conventional methods. Pharmaceutical compositions useful for the treatment of liver function disorders comprise a compound I and a pharmaceutical carrier.
