Abstract:
Mycelial waste is lysed by subjecting the waste to a temperature of from about 140 DEG to about 200 DEG C. at a pressure of from the equilibrium pressure to about 2,000 p.s.i.g., and at a pH of from about 2 to about 10. The lysed mycelial waste is useful as an animal feed supplement.
