1531933 Earth-leakage protection WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC CORP 25 Feb 1976 [14 March 1975] 07383/76 Heading H2K In a core-balance earth-leakage protection arrangement for a power supply system having one neutral and at least two line conductors, grounded-neutral protection is provided by a further transformer 26 linked to the neutral and having a primary winding 28 which is coupled to all the line conductors in such a way that it will be energized no matter how many of the line conductors are energized. This may be achieved by using different-valued resistors R1, R2 in the couplings. The further transformer is saturable so that pulses are induced in the neutral.
