Abstract:
An adsorbent process for heavy metals or heavy metallic compounds, which comprises utilizing a resin prepared by a reaction between aldehydes, dithiocarbamate compounds and aromatic compounds having at least one radical selected from the group consisting of -OH, -SH, -COOH and -COOMe (wherein Me represents sodium, potasium, NH4 or calcium).
