Abstract:
A hydro-pneumatic pumping installation comprises two double action hydro-pneumatic boosters (2, 3). Each pneumatic cylinder (4, 14) of the boosters (2, 3) contains a piston (7, 17) dividing it into two pneumatic chambers (10, 11, 20, 21) and another piston (8, 18) dividing one (11, 21) of its pneumatic chambers into two parts (12, 13, 22, 23) connected in tum to the atmosphere. These parts (12, 13, 22, 23) are connected to the corresponding controlling chambers (39d, 39e, 40d, 40e) of the distributor (39, 40) of the other booster (2, 3).
