PURPOSE: To make the activity of a fueling element reliable, by a method wherein fuelling is carried out after existence of burning air is sensed reliably, unusual burning is prevented and a condenser is connected in parallel with a relay.
CONSTITUTION: In case a burner motor 7 is suspended under a condition that light of a light source 13a is received through a notched part 12' of a shading plate 12 by a light detecting element 13b, a condenser 21b of a disorder detecting circuit 21 is started to charge by an output of a rotary detector 13 and a transistor 21c is turned on. Then, a switching element 20 is not turned on, a relay 15 is not actuated also and a device is not fueled as a gate signal to be applied to the switching element 20 from an actuation circuit 19 is bypassed by a transistor 21c. When the burner motor 7 is started to rotate, a normal operation can be started as the condenser 21b of the disorder detecting circuit 21 is disc harged. With this, unusual burning can be prevented from occurring.
