PURPOSE: To obtain a logical integrated circuit suitable for a high-speed large- scale computer by employing a DC driving circut as an internal circuit of the integrated circut and also employing an AC driving circuit as a circuit for driving external elements of the integrated circuit.
CONSTITUTION: Output cells 31 are arranged at the periphery of an LSI. For internal cells, CS circuits as DC power sources driving circuit are provided and for the output cells, JTL circuits as AC power sources driving circuit are arranged. At the periphery of the LSI, signals pads 206 are arranged. Each internal cell is connected to DC power source wiring 306, whose one end is connected to a power source pad 208 for connecting a DC power source externally. An external signal to the LSI is applied to the DC driving circuit in an internal cell 300a through, for example, the pad 206, and terminals 109 and 110 of the internal cell 300a. The DC driving circuit in the internal cell 300a drives DC power source drivng circuits in internal cells 300b, 300e, and 300f through the internal signal wiring 305 of the LSI. The DC power source driving circuit in the internal cell 300b drives the AC power source driving circuit in the output cell 301b.
