Abstract:
PURPOSE: A partition is set in the hole for introducing different polymers into the spinneret nozzles to prevent the dispersion in the ratio of the two polymers in extruded fibers.
CONSTITUTION: In the spinneret device for conjugated yarns in which two holes for passing different kinds of spinning dope 2, 2' are bored in the upper plate 5' set on the upper surface of the spinneret 1 so that these holes are connected to the hole for introducing the polymer 4 in the spinneret 1, a pipe with a partition 6 is vertically set in the polymer-introducing hole 4 to divide individual spinning dopes and feed them into spinning nozzles 4, 4'.
