Title:
DIRECT CURRENT POWER SUPPLY DRIVEN JOSEPHSON CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS58111382
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To transmit output currents to an output section with a load resistor having limited magnitude by setting the magnitude, etc. of the load resistor under some conditions limited in a DC power supply driven logic circuit using a Josephson device. CONSTITUTION:Two circuit resistors 21, 22 are connected in series between power supply terminals, two Josephson junctions 11, 12 are each connected to respective power supply terminal 91, 92, and other terminals of these junctions are grounded. The midpoint of the two circuit resistors 21, 22 is used as an output terminal, an inductance 3 and a series resistor 4 are connected at the output terminal, another terminal is grounded, and a composite non-latch F-F circuit is formed. Signal input is applied to the junctions 11, 12 through a system such as a magnetic flux coupling system, the output currents of the circuit flow in the inductance 3, and currents flowing in the inductance have two of positive or negative directions under a stable state in which the switching of the circuit is completed.
