Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance the seizing resistance of the titled alloy under high-load and high-speed sliding conditions as well as the burying ability and fatigue resistance by providing a specified composition consisting of Sn, Zn, Si Cu and the balance Al.
CONSTITUTION: This bearing Al alloy has a composition consisting of, by weight, 3W35% Sn, 10W30% Zn, 0.2W5% Si, 0.1W3% Cu and the balance Al. 0.2W5% Pb and/or In, and/or 0.2W3% one ore more among Mg, Cr, Nb, V and Mn may be contained besides said Sn, Zn, Si, Cu and the balance Al.
