Abstract:
PURPOSE:To warp even the root of a vane by dividing a section corresponding to the dovetail of reinforced plastic prepreg into small pieces, pasting the small pieces onto a molding die and laminating and molding the small pieces. CONSTITUTION:The dovetail section 30b of a prepreg 30 is divided into several small pieces 33. When the sections are laminated onto the section 1b of the molding die 1 at the convex surface side of the vane, the small pieces 33 are stacked so that overlaps are deepened toward the noses. Sections among the small pieces 33 are widened toward the ends at the concave surface side of the vane. When both surfaces of the vane are manufactured, the both surfaces are united, and a wedge 35 with the same warp as the warp of the root of the vane is inserted into the dovetail section and the dovetail section is completed. Accordingly, even the root of the vane can be curved in necessary form, thus improving the efficiency of the machine.
