PURPOSE: To obtain a filter having extremely large filtering area per unit volume by forming said filter into a honeycomb shape by laminating flat plates and wave-shaped plates.

CONSTITUTION: A titled filter consisting of a material having fluid filtering properties, is formed by laminating a rectangular flat plate 1, a wave-shaped plate 2 placed on the plate 1 of which one end is opened and another end is closed, and a flat plate 3 placed on the plate 2 of which one end is closed and another end is opened. Said wave-shaped plate 2 has a wave-shaped corss section perpendicular to the straight line from one end toward the other end, and both side surface perpendicular to the cross section are closed. Such filter having extremely large filtering area per unit volume is easily manufactured.
