Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable easy and precise detection of an interlayer bridge of a rotor core, by comparing the phase of a magnetic flux detecting coil with a reference magnetic flux obtained from a supply current, and thereby detecting a phase difference. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic flux detecting coil 3 is wound round one probe magnetic core 1a of a pair of probe magnetic cores 1a and 1b, while a transformer 5 is provided with a reference magnetic flux detecting coil 6 for detecting the magnetic flux of the transformer 5 to make it serve as a reference magnetic flux. Outputs of the reference magnetic flux detecting coil 6 and the magnetic flux detecting coil 3 are inputted in a phase difference detector 7 to compare the two detecting coils 3 and 6 with each other, and thereby a phase difference between them is detected. Then, an output of the phase difference detector 7 is given to a phase difference determining unit 8 and an indication corresponding to the output of the phase difference detector 7 is conducted. By this constitution, an interlayer bridge of a rotor core can be detected.
