Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the errosion-proof life, by coating the vane section then welding the segments and applying the hard coating corresponding with the ash loading.
CONSTITUTION: A vane 1 and a segment 7 are integrated then a self fusable alloy is injected and fused on a liner 4 and the required range of the corresponding surface to form a coating section 8. Then said segments are welded to produce an impeller 11. Only such portion as subjected to the heat of welding can not be coated, but since the ash loading is low at this portion the errosion- proof life is improved.
