Title:
DYEING TREATMENT PROCESS FOR THIN KNITTED GOODS OR WOVEN FABRIC MADE FROM ACRYLIC FIBER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS58152058
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce dimensional change, to prevent the entanglement of cloth, to transport cloth at high speed and to carry out dyeing treatment, by dyeing thin knitted goods or woven fabric made of acrylic fibers by a liquid flow dyeing machine to transport cloth only by jet flow from a ring-shaped nozzle.

CONSTITUTION: This knitted goods or woven fabric (preferably knitted goods or woven fabric made of thin 100% acrylic fibers having especially ≤300g/m2 weight) made of acrylic fibers is fed the dyeing bath 4, pulled up from the dyeing bath 4 by jet flow of dyeing solution (jetted slantingly upward from the ring- shaped nozzle 5), sent to the cloth transporting pipe 3, so that dyeing is carried out.

EFFECT: Since the jet flow of dyeing solution from the ring-shaped nozzle 5 acts as force to pull up uniformly the cloth 1 in the whole width, neither dimensional change nor entanglement will occur.
