Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the disk roll of high function which is excellent in heat resistance and wear resistance and does not impair the surface of a material to be treated. CONSTITUTION:A plate-like shaped material made of mica particles, a bonding agent, and if necessary, an inorganic filler and a reinforcing fiber, are used as a material for the disc. As the above mica particles, gold, mica and the like are used. As the bonding agent, an inorganic bonding agent or the like such as Portland cement or the like or an organic bonding agent such as starch or the like, is used. As the filler, a pulverized powder of talc or the like having a good heat resistance is used. Further, as the reinforcing fiber, a ceramic fiber or the like is used.
