PURPOSE: To automatically and high efficiently perform mix lamination for absorbing unevenness of magnetic and mechanical characteristics of a steel plate material, by alternately transferring and successively piling steel plates picked up from each steel plate laminated block.

CONSTITUTION: A mounting bed 9, which can parallelly mount further lift plural steel plate laminated blocks 10, 11, is provided, while a steel plate pick up means consisting of air cylinders 5, 6, actuators 5A, 6A, magnet rolls 7AW7D, etc. provided to the upper of the bed 9 attractively picks up a prescribed sheet of steel plates from each steel plate laminated block mounted to the bed 9. Then the picked steel plate is attractively transferred by an attractive transfer means consisting of magnet rolls 2AW2E, motor 3, chain 4, etc., in this way, fed steel plates 10A, 11A are alternately carried by a roller conveyer 16 into an aligning machine 17 to form a steel plate mix laminated block 18.
