PURPOSE: To carry out the test of a power artificial leg in conformity with practical use as well as to make it possible to carry out a test about the durability and the safety thereof, by such constitution that hydraulic cylinders are provided to the left and the right parts of a movable frame main body equipped with wheels and a hydraulic servo motor and the power artificial leg are connected to the rods of the hydraulic cylinders.
CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic servo motor 11 fixed to an attachment plate 10 equipped with a guide lever 9 inlaid with the guide opening 8 formed to a support plate 5 by drilling in slid relation thereto and a power artificial leg 13 connected to the output shaft 12 of the hydraulic servo motor are connected to the rods 7 of hydraulic cylinders 6 and moved upwardly and downwardly by the operation of the hydraulic cylinders 6 while guided by the guide lever 9. The hydraulic cylinders 6 and the hydraulic servo motor 11 are connected to a hydraulic source 2 and a controller 3 and the setting of a walking speed is carried out by controlling the electric circuit of the controller 3 by a microcomputer to make it possible to set a walking mode to motion conformed with a walking state in a flat road or a sloping road.
