PURPOSE: To produce a parabola antenna with simple equipment of production, high productivity and a low cost, by holding a metallic foil between synthetic resin plates.

CONSTITUTION: A desired hole 6 is drilled at the center of a flat metallic foil 5 of aluminum, etc. which is cut in a necessary size. The foil 5 is held between two sheets of synthetic resin plates 7 made of FRP, AAS or acrylic resin, etc. which have slightly larger outer diameter than the foil 5. These two plates 7 are adhered with an adhesive or melt-stuck to each other in such a way that the foil 5 is not exposed to the outside. Then this unified foil 5 and plates 7 are formed into a parabolic form by the vacuum forming or press forming, etc. Thus a reflecting plate is obtained for a parabola antenna.
