Abstract:
PURPOSE:To remove air, moisture, etc. in an insulating layer by previously forming a groove in the longitudinal direction to the surface of a transposition filler before the insulating layer is formed. CONSTITUTION:Force pistons 5 with projections in the longitudinal direction are pushed in the direction of the arrow A from the surfaces of the transposition fillers 2, both side surfaces of conductor sections 3 are also pushed by the force pistons, and the conductor sections 4 are molded while the grooves 10 in the longitudinal direction are formed to the surfaces of the transposition fillers 2. An insulating tape is wound on the conductor sections 3, and the insulating layer 4 is formed. A thermosetting resin is impregnated under vacuum and pressure, and heated and cured under pressure. Accordingly, air, moisture and a solvent can be removed not only from the outside of the insulating layer 4 but also through the grooves 10 because the grooves in the longitudinal direction are formed to the surfaces of the transposition fillers 2.
