PURPOSE: To obtain the titled device requiring no adjustment of the quantity of supplied ink and enabling the decrease in the number of rolls and the consequent reduction of the cost, by making uniform the film thickness of ink remaining on a hysteresis surface by an adjusting mechanism irrespective of the distribution of the consumption of ink for printing.
CONSTITUTION: The titled device is provided with an ink reciprocating roller 4 provided adjacently to inking rollers 2 and 2', an adjusting mechanism provided adjacently to the supplying surface Y of said ink reciprocating roller 4 and making uniform the film thickness of ink remaining on a hysteresis surface X, an ink supplying roller 6 dipped partially in ink in an ink receiver 8, and an ink transfer roller 15 provided between the rollers 4 and 6. The ink in the ink receiver 8 is supplied continuously from the ink supplying roller 6 to a printing plate surface 1 through the intermediary of the ink transfer roller 15, the ink reciprocating roller 4 and the inking rollers 2 and 2'. The ink, which is distributed in an uneven manner according to the pattern on a printing plate, is made to form a film of uniform thickness by the adjusting mechanism and received.
